Due to the precise nature of our research compounds and strict quality controls, all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or resold. - Damaged or Defective Products
If your shipment arrives damaged or compromised, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@radianaminos.com with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the unopened, damaged package and the affected vials.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
- Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order invoice, contact us immediately at support@radianaminos.com before opening or using the product. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. - Cancellation Window
Orders may only be canceled or modified within one (1) hour of placement, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email support@radianaminos.com immediately with your order number. - Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned exclusively to the original payment method. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable unless the error was explicitly made by our fulfillment team. - Support Contact
