Radian Rewards
Rewards
Every completed order earns points toward store credit. No sign-up, no card, nothing to activate.
How it works
Three steps, none of them yours.
Order as normal
Points post automatically once an order is marked complete — 1 point per $1 of merchandise, before shipping and tax.
Move up the ladder
Lifetime spend sets your tier, and your tier multiplies everything you earn from then on. Tiers never expire once reached.
Convert to credit
100 points become $5.00 of store credit as a single-use code, valid 90 days from the day you create it.
Tiers
Four tiers, set by lifetime spend.
Your tier is worked out from what you have spent with us in total, not from your points balance — so redeeming points never costs you a tier.

Platinum

Your very first order earns at 3× regardless of tier.

The fine print
Everything that matters, stated plainly.
When points post
When an order reaches Completed. Orders awaiting payment, cancelled or refunded do not earn, and points already awarded are reversed if an order is later refunded or cancelled.
What counts
The merchandise total after any discount. Shipping, taxes and fees are excluded.
Expiry
Points expire 365 days after the purchase that generated them. We email you before that happens, and your ledger always shows the next date.
One code per order
A reward code cannot be combined with another coupon on the same order. Volume pricing and any account-specific pricing still apply underneath it.
Unused codes
A code you never use returns its points to your balance automatically once its 90 days are up. Redeeming can never cost you points.
No cash value
Points have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and can be redeemed only against orders on this site. We may modify or end the program at any time.
