- Domestic Shipping Options (United States Only)
- Free Standard Shipping: Valid on all domestic orders with a product subtotal of $200.00 USD or more.
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $200.00 USD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Upgraded express shipping options may be selected at checkout for an additional calculated surcharge.
- Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and prepared for dispatch the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or over weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following active business day. Standard fulfillment processing requires 1–2 business days before courier handoff.
- Tracking & Carrier Activation
Once your laboratory order has cleared our packing queue, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number will be transmitted to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to update tracking statuses on their public portals. - Discreet & Secure Packaging
To maintain chemical stability, compound integrity, and client privacy, all shipments are dispatched in completely discreet, plain, and unmarked packaging. Orders are securely packed in protective, impact-resistant materials to ensure structural integrity during standard transit. - Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
Our delivery obligation is legally fulfilled the moment the logistics carrier logs a tracking scan as “Delivered” (per Section 13 of our Terms of Service).
- With Route Protection: If you opted into Route Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please file a claim immediately through the Route digital portal for rapid resolution.
- Without Route Protection: If you declined Route protection and your package encounters a transit failure, notify us at support@radianaminos.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will open a standard investigation with the courier, which operates on their standard, slower carrier timeline. We are not liable for delays resulting from weather anomalies, routing errors, or carrier operational constraints.
- Regulatory Seizures & Compliance
The purchaser assumes 100% responsibility for ensuring that their destination jurisdiction permits the receipt and possession of laboratory research compounds. Radian Aminos LLC is not responsible, nor do we issue refunds or replacements, for shipments that are delayed, intercepted, destroyed, or seized by local, state, or federal regulatory authorities. - Unverifiable Addresses and Return to Sender (RTS)
The purchaser is strictly responsible for providing an accurate, secure, and complete delivery address during checkout. If a shipment is marked as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” by the carrier due to inaccurate address inputs or missing unit designators, the buyer is liable for all secondary shipping fees required to re-ship the package.
Because our products consist of delicate, precisely manufactured research materials, any package returned to our facility due to delivery failure is legally classified as compromised and cannot be re-introduced to our clean-room inventory. No refunds will be issued for delivery failures caused by buyer address errors.
- Strict Geographic Restrictions
Radian Aminos LLC ships exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to foreign territories, or to commercial freight forwarding drop-points.
