These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of radianaminos.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any product from Radian Aminos LLC (“Radian Aminos”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. They include limitations of our liability, an assumption of risk by you, and a waiver of jury trial and class actions.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Liability Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to all of them, you must not use the Site or purchase from us.

You confirm that you are entering into these Terms on your own behalf, or that you have authority to bind the institution or business you represent.

2. Research Use Only — The Basis of Every Sale

All products and chemical compounds sold by Radian Aminos are supplied strictly for laboratory research, development, analytical and educational purposes. They are supplied for in vitro and non-human laboratory use only.

Our products are not dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, medical devices, or drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, or veterinary application.

This research-use-only restriction is the basis on which every sale is made. It is not a formality. If you intend to use a product for any purpose other than laboratory research, you are not permitted to buy it, and any order you place is a misrepresentation of your intent.

3. No Human or Animal Use; No Medical Claims

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No product sold here is approved by the FDA for consumer, clinical or medical use.

Under no circumstances shall any substance obtained through this Site be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic procedure, or pharmaceutical use. By placing an order you expressly warrant that you will not ingest, inject, inhale, topically apply, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of any human being or animal, and that you will not supply it to any person who intends to do so.

Nothing on this Site — including product descriptions, technical specifications, mechanism-of-action information, published literature references, or any communication from our staff — constitutes medical advice, a therapeutic claim, a dosing recommendation, or a suggestion that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals. Any such statement, if made, is unauthorised and must not be relied upon.

4. Not a Pharmacy; No Compounding

Radian Aminos is a research chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy, and we are not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility as defined under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We do not compound, dispense, or fill prescriptions, and we do not supply materials for compounding into any preparation intended for human or animal administration.

5. Buyer Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to our catalog and pricing is restricted to registered account holders. To register and to purchase, you must:

  • be at least 21 years of age;
  • identify the nature of your research organisation or business at registration;
  • possess, or have access to, the professional expertise, trained personnel, facilities and protective equipment required to receive, handle, test, store and dispose of research chemicals safely;
  • warrant that the information you provide is accurate and kept current;
  • accept the research-use-only and no-human-consumption warranties set out above and in the Liability Disclaimer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require documentation supporting your stated research capacity at any time, and we may refuse service, decline or cancel any order, limit quantities, or suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without stating a reason.

6. Restrictions on Use and Resale

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • resell, repackage, relabel or redistribute any product for human or animal consumption, or to any person you know or reasonably suspect intends such use;
  • represent, in marketing or otherwise, that any product we supply is safe, effective, approved, or suitable for use in humans or animals;
  • use any product in a clinical trial, investigational study in humans, or any application requiring an Investigational New Drug application, without holding all required regulatory authorisations in your own name;
  • export, re-export or ship any product outside the United States;
  • use any product in violation of any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation, including those governing controlled or restricted substances.

Breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination, cancellation of open orders, and forfeiture of any rewards or commission balance.

7. Product Information, Testing and Documentation

We describe our products by their chemical identity, purity and physical characteristics. We do not describe them by human outcome, and we do not publish dosing information or routes of administration.

Batches are submitted for independent third-party analytical testing. Certificates of Analysis are published on our Lab Test Results page as batch testing is completed; where a Certificate of Analysis for a particular batch is not yet published, it may be requested from us. Analytical documentation speaks only to the identity and purity of the material as tested on the date stated. It is not a representation of safety, stability beyond the stated conditions, fitness for any particular purpose, or suitability for use in any living organism.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that any content on the Site is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to update information without notice.

8. Pricing, Payment and Order Acceptance

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place it.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept your order, and we may decline any order for any reason. Payment must clear in full before an order is processed for fulfilment. Where a payment method requires you to send funds manually, your order will be held until we can match your payment to it; please include only the order number in any payment reference or note field.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even if the order has already been confirmed.

9. Shipping — United States Only

Radian Aminos ships exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or freight forwarding services. Any order placed for delivery outside these limits will be cancelled and refunded.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provided. Delivery estimates are estimates only. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

10. Delivery, Loss and Theft

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring the delivery location is secure. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

Once the carrier records a package as delivered — including by delivery scan, photographic confirmation or GPS confirmation at the address you supplied — our delivery obligation is fulfilled. We do not issue refunds, replacements or store credit for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including in cases of subsequent theft from the delivery location.

If a package is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Carrier investigations take time and their outcome is determined by the carrier. Any refund or replacement in these circumstances is at our discretion and is generally dependent on the outcome of that investigation.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions and chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave our control, we do not accept returns of opened, used or improperly stored product. Our full policy — including how to raise a problem with an order, and the timeframe for doing so — is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Where a refund is issued, any reward points awarded on the refunded amount are reversed, and any partner commission attributed to it is reversed or recovered against future commission.

12. Research Rewards Program

Registered account holders are automatically enrolled in the Research Rewards Program. Current terms:

  • Earning. You earn 1 point per $1 spent on merchandise. Points are calculated on the discounted product subtotal and exclude shipping, taxes and fees. Points are awarded when an order reaches Completed status.
  • First order bonus. Your first qualifying order earns points at 3× the standard rate. This bonus replaces your tier multiplier for that order rather than compounding with it.
  • Tiers. Lifetime spend determines your tier, and your tier multiplies everything you earn from then on: Bronze from $0 at 1×; Silver from $250 at 1.25×; Gold from $500 at 1.5×; Platinum from $1,000 at 2×.
  • Redemption. Points convert to store credit at 100 points = $5. The smallest redeemable amount is 100 points ($5). Redeeming issues a single-use discount code valid for 90 days; a code that expires unused returns its points to your balance automatically. Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Expiry. Points expire 365 days after the order that earned them. We will email you before points are due to expire, but it remains your responsibility to redeem them in time.
  • Exclusions. Points are not earned on shipping, taxes or fees; on order lines purchased at an individually negotiated account price; or on a first order placed using a partner referral discount. Points are reversed in proportion to any refund.
  • Nature of points. Points have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable, and may not be sold, assigned or combined between accounts. They are a promotional benefit and confer no vested right.
  • Changes. We may modify, suspend or terminate the program, or change any rate, tier, threshold or expiry period, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. We may cancel points and close an account where we identify fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

13. Partner (Affiliate) Program

We operate a referral partner program. Participation is by application and is subject to our approval and to the Affiliate Agreement accepted at signup. Current terms:

  • Commission. 15% on a referred customer’s first commissioned order, and 5% on their subsequent orders. Commission is calculated on the discounted product subtotal and excludes shipping and taxes.
  • Referred customer discount. A customer referred by a partner receives 10% off their first order when they use that partner’s referral code. That order does not earn reward points.
  • Attribution. A referral is tracked for 30 days from the click, and permanently once the customer registers through a partner’s link. First touch wins. A customer can be acquired only once: the first-order rate is paid once per customer, not once per partner.
  • Approval and payment. Applications are reviewed individually; a referral code is inactive until approved. Commission is held for 14 days after an order completes to cover returns, then becomes payable. Payouts are made once a partner’s payable balance reaches $50; balances below that roll over and are not forfeited.
  • Payout method. Commission is paid by Cash App, Venmo or crypto. We do not pay by bank transfer and do not collect or hold partner banking details. You are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate payout details in your account, and for keeping them current. A payment sent to the details on file at the time of the payout discharges our obligation in full, and we are not liable for a payment lost because those details were wrong, out of date, or belonged to an account you no longer control. Cryptocurrency payments in particular cannot be reversed or recovered once sent, including where an address is correct but the network selected is not. Where no payout details are on file, the balance is held until you provide them.
  • Reversal. Commission on a refunded or cancelled order is reversed. Where it has already been paid, it is recovered against future commission.
  • Self-referral. Orders placed using your own code, or from your own account, earn no commission and receive no discount.
  • Conduct. Partners are paid endorsers. You must disclose your commercial relationship with us clearly and conspicuously on every post or communication promoting us, as required by the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255). You must not make any claim that a product is safe, effective, or suitable for human or animal use; must not describe personal use; must not publish dosing information or before-and-after content; must not bid on our brand terms in paid search; and must not represent yourself as an employee or agent of Radian Aminos.
  • Termination. We may suspend or terminate a partner at any time, and may withhold unpaid commission where a partner has breached this section, the Affiliate Agreement, or these Terms.
  • Changes. We may modify or terminate the partner program, or change any rate or threshold, at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, for approved partners, notified by email.

14. Communications from Us

By registering an account you agree to receive transactional email relating to your account and orders — order confirmations, payment and shipping notifications, account security notices, and notices about the programs described above. These are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of while your account is open.

Any marketing email is separate, is sent only where you have opted in, and can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in the message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, page design and code — is owned by Radian Aminos or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission. Approved partners are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use marketing assets we supply, solely to promote us and solely for as long as they remain approved.

16. Acceptable Use of the Website

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, any account other than your own, or any system connected to it; use automated means to access, scrape or index the catalog or pricing; interfere with the Site’s operation; upload malicious code; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law. We may investigate and take legal action in response to any suspected breach.

17. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that the products offered may not have been fully characterised for toxicity, long-term safety, biological activity or environmental interaction, and that handling research chemicals carries inherent risk.

You represent and warrant that you possess the professional expertise, trained personnel and protective equipment necessary to receive, test, handle, store and dispose of these materials safely, and you assume all responsibility and risk for identifying hazards, and for the containment, handling, storage, use and lawful disposal of every product you obtain from us.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radian Aminos and its members, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to the Site or any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from any use of a product that is prohibited by these Terms — including any human or animal administration — and you acknowledge that any such use is a breach by you and is outside the scope of any duty we owe. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

19. No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. RADIAN AMINOS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT THAT THE MATERIAL SUPPLIED CONFORMS TO THE IDENTITY AND PURITY STATED IN THE ANALYTICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ITS BATCH, AS TESTED ON THE DATE STATED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF STABILITY, SHELF LIFE, BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY APPLICATION.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Radian Aminos LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, penalties and legal fees arising directly or indirectly out of:

  • your selection, procurement, storage, handling, use or disposal of any product;
  • any ingestion, administration, exposure or misuse of any product by you, your personnel, or any third party;
  • your resale, transfer or distribution of any product;
  • any statement or claim you make about our products, including as an approved partner;
  • your breach of these Terms, of any representation or warranty you have given, or of any applicable law or regulation.

21. Governing Law, Venue and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Radian Aminos agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product shall be the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@radianaminos.com with a written description of the dispute and to allow us sixty (60) days to resolve it.

Jury trial and class action waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Radian Aminos each waive any right to a trial by jury, and agree that any claim will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, except where a longer period is required by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last Updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.

23. General Provisions

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours freely, including in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supply shortage, regulatory action, payment processor action, natural disaster, or failure of a third-party service.
  • Survival. Sections 2, 3, 6, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23 survive termination of your account.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Radian Aminos regarding the Site and any purchase, and supersede any prior understanding. Where these Terms and the Liability Disclaimer address the same subject, the stricter provision applies.
