  3. Product Information & No Human Consumption Warranty

Our total financial liability shall never exceed the exact amount you paid for the specific order in question. The buyer assumes all liability and risk for the proper detection of hazards, containment, handling, storage, and disposal of all products.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radian Aminos LLC and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from your selection, procurement, use, exposure, or misuse of our products, or your violation of local, state, or federal laws regarding restricted chemical acquisitions.
  10. Governing Law & Venue
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes, product liability claims, or actions must be filed exclusively in the courts holding jurisdiction over our corporate filing location.
  11. Research Rewards Program
  • Earning Points: Customers earn 1 point per $1 USD spent on merchandise (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees). Your first order receives an automatic 3X point multiplier, which may be combined with standard welcome discounts.
  • Advanced Researcher Tier: Reaching a lifetime spend of $2,500 automatically promotes your account to “Advanced Researcher” status, earning a permanent 2X multiplier on all future purchases.
  • Redemption: Points convert to store credit at a rate of 100 points = $5.00 USD. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Expiration: Points expire exactly 60 days after the purchase that generated them. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.
  1. Transactional SMS Communications
    By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive automated text messages regarding payment failures, billing verifications, and order updates.
  • No Marketing: This channel is strictly limited to account and billing support. No promotional text messages will ever be sent.
  • Opt-Out: You can stop general updates by replying STOP. This does not affect our right to contact you directly by other means to resolve outstanding billing disputes.

  1. Optional Route Shipping Protection
  • Opt-In Only: Route protection is voluntary, disabled by default, and must be manually toggled on at checkout.
  • Coverage: Route covers packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It covers the product value only, not shipping fees or taxes.
  • Premium: The non-refundable protection fee is determined by Route and goes directly to them.
  • Claims: Covered transit issues must be filed by the customer directly through Route’s claims portal.
  • Declined Protection: If you decline Route, any transit issues will follow our slower standard carrier investigation process.
  1. Delivered Package & Fraud Policy
    Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” with confirmation (such as photographic proof or GPS tracking at your address), our delivery obligation is legally complete. Radian Aminos LLC will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages confirmed as delivered, regardless of subsequent porch theft, loss, or damage. If you decline the optional Route protection at checkout, you accept full responsibility for the package post-delivery.
  2. Domestic Shipping Only Policy
    Radian Aminos LLC ships exclusively to physical addresses located within the United States. We do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or freight forwarding services. Any orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States will be automatically canceled and refunded.
  3. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
