Section 1 — Laboratory Research Use Only
All products and chemical compounds offered through this platform are supplied solely for laboratory-based research, development, analytical and in vitro scientific applications.
Radian Aminos LLC supplies these materials to research institutions, corporate research and development departments, academic affiliates, and qualified independent scientific investigators. Access to the catalog is restricted to registered account holders who have identified their research capacity and accepted the warranties in this document.
These materials are not dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, medical devices or drugs. Radian Aminos LLC is not a pharmacy, and is neither a 503A compounding pharmacy nor a 503B outsourcing facility as defined under the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Section 2 — Strict No Human or Animal Consumption Warranty
Under no circumstances shall any substance acquired through this platform be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic procedure, or pharmaceutical use.
By accessing the catalog or submitting an order, the purchaser expressly warrants and guarantees that they will not ingest, inject, inhale, topically apply, or otherwise introduce these compounds into the body of any human being or animal, and that they will not transfer, resell or supply any product to any person who intends to do so.

Section 3 — Assumption of Risk and Chemical Handling Hazards

The buyer represents and warrants that they possess the professional expertise, trained laboratory personnel, facilities and protective equipment necessary to safely receive, test, store, use and dispose of the materials. The buyer assumes all responsibility for identifying and mitigating any hazard associated with the handling, storage, use and lawful disposal of every product obtained through their account.
Section 4 — Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold completely harmless Radian Aminos LLC and all of its members, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, penalties or legal fees arising directly or indirectly out of:
- the selection, procurement, storage, handling, use or disposal of any product by the buyer;
- any accidental or intentional ingestion, administration, exposure or misuse of the materials by the buyer, the buyer’s personnel, or any third party;
- the buyer’s resale, transfer, repackaging or redistribution of any product;
- the buyer’s non-compliance with any local, state or federal law or regulation, including those governing investigational new drugs and restricted or controlled chemical acquisition.
Section 5 — No Implied Warranties; Limitation of Liability
RADIAN AMINOS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT THAT THE MATERIAL SUPPLIED CONFORMS TO THE IDENTITY AND PURITY STATED IN THE INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ITS BATCH, AS TESTED ON THE DATE STATED. NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN AS TO STABILITY, SHELF LIFE, BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY APPLICATION.
RADIAN AMINOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Radian Aminos LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from any use of a product prohibited by this Disclaimer or by the Terms of Service, including any human or animal administration. Any such use is a breach by the purchaser and falls outside the scope of any duty owed by Radian Aminos LLC.
Section 6 — Governing Law and Resolution of Claims
By completing registration, you expressly agree that this Disclaimer is binding, and that it is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim, enforcement dispute or product liability action relating to it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
The dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service — informal resolution first, waiver of jury trial and class actions, and the one-year limitation period — apply equally to any claim under this Disclaimer.
Section 7 — Severability and Precedence
If any provision of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in full force. Where this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service address the same subject, the stricter provision applies.
